Purpose: operating the Website and improving its performance and user experience.
We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to achieve the purposes stated above (the data-minimization principle).

- Data linked to a contractual relationship or a case file: kept throughout the relationship, then for ten years after it ends, in accordance with file-retention requirements in the legal profession and related regulations.
- Cookie data: according to the type of cookie, and not exceeding twelve months.
When the purpose of processing ends or the retention period expires, data is securely destroyed in a manner that prevents its recovery or the identification of its subject.
Legal Basis for Processing
The Company processes personal data based on one or more of the following grounds:
- Your explicit consent, given when you submit your data through the Website’s forms.
- The Company’s legitimate interest in operating and improving its website, without prejudice to your rights and interests.
- Legal obligation, where regulations require the Company to process or retain certain data.

- Right to erasure: to request the destruction of your data when it is no longer needed, subject to what regulations require to be retained.
- Right to withdraw consent: at any time, as set out in Clause 7.
