Wolflex for Law & Legal Consultancy (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its website’s visitors and users, and to processing their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 09/02/1443H and its Implementing Regulations, and all other laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This Policy explains what data we collect, the purposes of collecting it, how it is processed and protected, and your rights as a data subject.

A. Data you provide yourself:

• Name.
• Email address.
• The content of the message or enquiry you submit through the contact forms.

Purpose: responding to and following up on enquiries, suggestions and complaints, and communicating with you regarding them.

B. Data collected automatically (technical data):

• Cookie data.
• General technical information about the visit, such as browser type, operating system and the pages visited.

Purpose: operating the Website and improving its performance and user experience.

We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to achieve the purposes stated above (the data-minimization principle).

The Website uses cookies as follows:

• Essential cookies: necessary for the Website’s core operation (such as the language preference), and cannot be disabled without affecting how the Website works.

• Fulfilling any legal obligation binding on the Company.

Data is stored on servers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, applying the best recognized cybersecurity standards.

Retention periods:

• General enquiry and contact data: kept for one year from the date the enquiry is closed, unless it develops into a contractual relationship.
• Data linked to a contractual relationship or a case file: kept throughout the relationship, then for ten years after it ends, in accordance with file-retention requirements in the legal profession and related regulations.
• Cookie data: according to the type of cookie, and not exceeding twelve months.

When the purpose of processing ends or the retention period expires, data is securely destroyed in a manner that prevents its recovery or the identification of its subject.

The Company processes personal data based on one or more of the following grounds:

• Your explicit consent, given when you submit your data through the Website’s forms.
• The Company’s legitimate interest in operating and improving its website, without prejudice to your rights and interests.
• Legal obligation, where regulations require the Company to process or retain certain data.

Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Company’s data management at privacy@wolflex.sa. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it, nor processing based on another legal ground.

The Personal Data Protection Law guarantees you the following rights:

• Right to be informed: to know the legal basis for collecting your data and its purpose.
• Right of access: to view your personal data held by the Company.
• Right to obtain a copy: to request a copy of your personal data in a clear, readable format.
• Right to rectification: to request the correction, completion or updating of your data.
• Right to erasure: to request the destruction of your data when it is no longer needed, subject to what regulations require to be retained.
• Right to withdraw consent: at any time, as set out in Clause 7.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels listed in Clause 12, and we will respond to your request within the periods specified by law.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data was carried out in violation of the Personal Data Protection Law, or you did not receive a satisfactory response to your request from the Company, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) as the competent authority for receiving complaints related to the application of the Law, through its official channels.

Your personal data is not shared with any external party without your consent, except in the following cases:

• The existence of a legal obligation or an order from a judicial or competent authority.
• Technical service providers who process data on the Company’s behalf (such as hosting services), only to the extent necessary and under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

The Website may contain links to other websites not governed by this Policy. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We advise you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.
